    Ideal for athletes, gym-goers, or anyone dealing with stress and muscular tension. This massage targets deeper muscle layers to help with tightness, stiffness, and overuse.

    Relieves sore muscles, improves flexibility, and enhances performance
    Add dry cupping or hot stone therapy if needed

  • Hot Stone Sports Massage

    Deep muscle relief enhanced with heated stones for maximum relaxation and effect.
    Hot stones are used to warm up the tissues, allowing for deeper and more effective massage without discomfort.

    Especially helpful for chronic tension, stress, or cold/stiff muscles
    Can be combined with deep tissue or sports massage technique


    Appointment Length: 45, 60 or 90 minutes

  • Dry Cupping

    Traditional therapy to stimulate circulation, release fascia, and relieve tension.
    Cupping therapy uses negative pressure to gently lift the tissues, helping to ease tight muscles and promote blood flow.

    A Dry Cupping session will include Deep Tissue/ Sports Massage to warm up the muscles
    Often used for back, shoulders, or sports recovery
