Meet the Team

Molly Gilligan

Physiotherapist & Clinic Owner

HCPC-registered | BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, Coventry University, 2023

Molly is the founder of the clinic and a passionate Physiotherapist with a deep commitment to helping people move with confidence and live pain-free. She opened the clinic with the vision of creating a welcoming, empowering space for clients at every stage of their recovery.

Alongside her clinical work, Molly has experience working within sport, including supporting the England team at the Touch Rugby World Cup. This has strengthened her approach to rehabilitation, particularly in helping individuals return to performance safely and confidently.

With a strong focus on clear communication and personalised care, Molly works collaboratively with clients to set achievable goals and create lasting results. Whether helping someone return to their favourite sport or simply feel better day-to-day, she brings a calm, compassionate approach to every session.

Although each member of our team brings their own experience and expertise, we are all guided by the same values; delivering excellent care, providing clear and honest communication, and empowering every client to understand and take control of their recovery. Our team works across both clinic locations, ensuring the same high standard of care and a consistent experience wherever you are seen. We work together to make sure you feel supported at every stage of your journey.

All of our physiotherapists are fully registered with the HCPC and members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), ensuring the highest standards of care.
